We schedule a phone or video call each month to realign and update your current situation and priorities.

2. You try things
Based on what's  happening in your work and life, I suggest interesting exercises, approaches or ideas to try. We interact by email or online discussion as you try them out.

3. Emergency/Just-in-Time Support
When something big is up, a problem rears its head or you need a sounding board, I'm here to help for email or a call in real-time.

Think Out Loud

A Think Out Loud Session provides 75 minutes for us to talk through whatever is currently keeping you up at night (because it all starts with sleep!)

​Visualize how your ideas, relationships, systems and flow come together. Find your next 3 steps, overcome a hurdle, push through to the answer you know is in you, fix something. Talk through what's racing in your mind. You are no longer alone in this.
