Quick Fixes

They say there are no Quick Fixes?

Of course there are!
The trick is that you can't just take them once, and they must be taken as part of a larger plan that includes other healthy behaviour.

Sometimes the best fixes are quick and the best answers are easy. When that's true it can seem like a miracle, yet those moments are the culmination of many times when the answers were not clear, but the team worked through; when the fix was not immediate, but emerged over time.

Quick Fixes can trick us into
forgetting the work that got us there.
But they feel so good...

You're doing it!

You know the Vision of your organization, its Mission, and you've identified core values. You have performance metrics, processes and you're working a strategy that will align your culture with that leadership. You have a coach to guide you and an approach that's in process. You're in it. You're doing it. And it can be a bit of a...grind.

Instead of a Fix, how about an Infusion?

We know that the best teams have "psychological safety" (that's Google's way of saying Trust). We also know that the only way teams develop trust is by working together on something that matters to them, over time.

We can infuse the weekly grind of activity with immunity and energy boosters - infusions of creativity, analysis, visceral experience and conversation - that strengthen the building blocks of respect and communication that make trust more likely to grow.  Not to mention, make work more fun!
